Flood Dispute Resolution

We will gladly reinvestigate any determination that it has made based on additional information that the client provides. When requesting a determination review, please fax the following information to Wolters Kluwer Financial Services|PCi at (877)232-9873:

• A copy of the original determination,
• Copy of the appraisal and any maps that may have been included,
• Copy of the survey,
• Any other pertinent information.

Sending this information does not guarantee that the determination will be changed, just that it will be investigated. If we are unable to change the determination, the client has the option to appeal to FEMA and will be sent instructions on how to do so. There is no guaranteed turnaround time for disputes, but most are returned within a few hours. Clients will be notified as soon as we have reached a decision.
