508 Compliance

Wolters Kluwer Financial Services|PCi products meet the “Section 508” technical and performance standards of §§ 1194.21-1194.41. Our Voluntary Product Accessibility Table will be made available to federal agencies upon request, and may be attached to this Statement. This Statement, and offer of details, shall be available upon the Flood Wiz web site, www.floodwiz.com. Federal agency requests for details may be sent through the contact information provided there.

This statement is to the best of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services|PCi’s knowledge and belief, and must evolve with the development and release of new Assistive Technologies, and with any Guide, Tutorial, or other explanatory materials yet to be released by the Access Board at www.access-board.gov. Wolters Kluwer Financial Services|PCi products are designed to interact with common EIT systems and with common EIT applications, including Assistive Technology, used in those systems; our products operate through operating system interfaces and do not actively disable Assistive Technology in any ways known to us.

We therefore certify compliance with the following GSA solicitation requirement, or similar solicitation requirements:

All electronic and information technology (EIT) procured through this Statement of Work/Bill of Materials and any resulting contract, task order, delivery order, or purchase order must meet the applicable accessibility standards at 36 CFR 1194, unless an agency exception to this requirement exists. 36 CFR 1194 implements Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, and is viewable here. The contractor shall indicate for each line item in the schedule whether each product or service is compliant or noncompliant with the accessibility standards at 36 CFR 1194. Further, the proposal must indicate where full details of compliance can be found (e.g., vendor's website or other exact location).
